Aims to add to the controversy regarding Brazilian income distribution by further bringing into question the adequacy of the data used to acess Brazilian size income distribution. Shows that there is great inconsistency between the Brazilian data on functional income distribution and the size income distribution figures that are derived from Brazilian household census data
